Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage store operations, inventory control, material movement, ERP transactions, and team supervision in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end store and inventory operations, including material receipt, verification, GRN, storage, issue and dispatch support.
• Maintain high physical vs. ERP stock accuracy and ensure proper transaction discipline.
• Plan and monitor cycle counts, stock reconciliation, slow/non-moving inventory and discrepancies.
• Ensure proper bin management, FIFO/FEFO, material preservation, 5S and safe handling.
• Supervise store staff/workers and ensure efficient manpower utilization.
• Coordinate with Purchase, PPC, Production, Quality, Maintenance and Dispatch teams for smooth material flow.
• Prepare and review MIS, inventory and stock-related reports.
• Identify inventory/process issues and implement corrective actions.

Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Store/Inventory/Warehouse Operations.
• Manufacturing experience preferred, especially engineering, pumps, machinery, auto components, fabrication or capital goods.
• Graduate; BE in Mechanical/Production/Industrial/Supply Chain preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling a team of 3+ members preferred.
