Store Materials

Role & responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storage, binning, preservation and material issue to manufacturing.
• Ensure timely SAP posting, material movements and production order transactions.
• Control SKU inventory, min/max levels, cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Manage scrap segregation, reconciliation, storage and disposal.
• Ensure material traceability, documentation and inventory accuracy.
• Drive 5S, visual management, safety and warehouse space utilization.
• Lead KAIZEN, TQM, safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality and Finance for material requirements and discrepancies.
• Monitor store KPIs such as inventory accuracy, material availability, ageing and scrap.

Preferred candidate profile

• 510 years experience in Stores / Warehouse / Material Management, preferably manufacturing.
• Strong SAP / ERP experience.
• Hands-on inventory control & SKU management.
• Scrap Management – Mandatory.
• Knowledge of 5S, KAIZEN, TQM and warehouse safety.
• Strong material traceability and documentation skills.
• Good stakeholder coordination and communication.
