What they need
- Set up visually appealing end-cap displays, aisle features based on company planograms and layout directives.
- Restock shelves, monitor back stock, identify low-stock items, and process out-of-date or damaged merchandise per return protocols.
- Audit shelf space, adjust displays to maximize consumer interest, and ensure product tags are correctly placed.
- Monitor displays, and check inventory trends to management, and familiarize brands, level, milligram of Medicines.
- Maintain a strong rapport with store managers and warehouse teams to troubleshoot supply issues and secure prime product placement, proper in and out for stock.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift or move heavy boxes (typically up to 60 lbs), and comfortably climb ladders or step stools.
- A strong eye for aesthetics to execute visual merchandising plans and a highly organized approach to tracking stock levels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate with regional sales supervisors, rand store staff.
