- Store management and inventory control : Monitor stock levels, track daily receipts and issues, and prevent stock outs or overstocking.
- Compliance & Safety: Good Storage Practices (GSP) and safety standards.
- Vendor & Supply Coordination: Work with purchase department, suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and accurate material dispensing.
- Record Keeping: Maintain precise digital logs using ERP systems or inventory software
Audits: Participate in regular physical stock reconciliation
