Store Officer - Jeddah Based

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Officer to manage daily store and inventory operations, including receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and recording materials. The role will support production, fabrication, maintenance, and procurement activities by ensuring accurate inventory records, proper material handling, and timely availability of required materials and spare parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, spare parts, tools, consumables, and equipment against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Verify received quantities, item specifications, and physical condition before accepting materials.
• Record all receipts, issues, returns, and stock transfers accurately in the ERP or inventory management system.
• Store materials systematically and ensure proper labeling, identification, and location management.
• Issue materials to Production, Fabrication, Maintenance, and other departments against authorized requests.
• Monitor stock levels and identify shortages, excess stock, slow-moving items, and materials requiring replenishment.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, goods received notes, material requisitions, and stock issues.
• Coordinate with Procurement regarding pending deliveries, material shortages, and supplier discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Production and Fabrication teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials, consumables, and spare parts.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of sheet metal, steel, stainless steel, mechanical components, electrical items, and other industrial materials.
• Follow FIFO or other applicable stock rotation procedures where required.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety requirements.
• Monitor tools and equipment issued to employees and ensure proper return and accountability.
• Support periodic inventory audits and prepare stock reports for management.
• Report damaged, expired, obsolete, or missing materials to the relevant supervisor.
• Ensure all store activities comply with company procedures and inventory control requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in stores, warehouse, inventory control, or material management.
• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, engineering, industrial equipment, or production environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of goods receiving, material issuance, stock reconciliation, and inventory documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and inventory reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good organizational, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to coordinate with warehouse, production, procurement, and maintenance teams.
• Good command of English; Arabic will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety and material handling procedures.

Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼3,000.00 per month
