JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

• Supervise opening and closing procedures, maintain store cleanliness, and enforce company policies.
• Track sales targets, monitor KPIs, and execute marketing or promotional campaigns to boost profitability.
• Conduct physical stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, handle replenishment, and oversee receiving and dispatching goods.
• Handle escalated queries, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive in-store environment.
• Prepare sales and inventory reports, manage cash registers, and control store expenses

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in retail sales, inventory management, or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and basic proficiency in POS or inventory software.
