What they need
Manage all online marketplace stores (including product setup, pricing, promotions, inventory, and settlement)
Follow up with customers from the moment an order is placed until the product is successfully received
Coordinate and maintain good communication with brand and marketplace partners
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Proficient in English communication
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
High level of initiative and strong analytical skills
Ability to work well in a team
