Store Operation Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Operation Manager to oversee the daily functions of our bustling boba shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient inventory and POS system management. This role requires strong managerial communication skills, supervisory experience, and the ability to handle various operational tasks including drink preparation and store cleanliness. The Store Operation Manager will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for customers while ensuring smooth and profitable store operations.

Duties

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the shop.
• Supervise staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high service standards.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and ingredients to prevent shortages and reduce waste.
• Operate and troubleshoot POS systems to facilitate transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members, resolving issues promptly and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Prepare drinks according to company standards, including making beverages, handling ingredients, and ensuring quality control.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the store environment, including food prep areas and customer spaces.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze operational data, and implement improvements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Proven supervisory or managerial experience in retail or food service environments.
• Strong communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
• Experience with POS systems for sales processing and reporting.
• Ability to manage inventory efficiently to meet store demands.
• Basic knowledge of drink preparation, ingredient handling, and food safety standards in a food service setting.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in daily operations.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service quality.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
