Store Operations Assistant

Responsibilities

The cashier and sales support:

• Execute point-of-sale transactions, handle cash reconciliation and provide customer support to maintain luxury retail presentation standards

Inventory & logistics control:

• Assist full inventory cycle including receiving, system updates, purchase order handling, storage organization and discrepancy resolution

Administrative support:

• Manage daily operational documentation and prepare sales report
• Assist Supervisor to update company SOP and guidelines

 Store administration:

• Support opening/ closing procedures, visual merchandising, ensure store cleanliness and security protocols
• Responsible for routine store administration duties such as staff attendance, leave application, petty cash management and etc
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any disciplines
• At least 1 year of retail working experience
• Experience in Retail, F&B or FMCG industry is an advantage
• Candidates with retail sales experience and with some exposure and interest on handling store back office tasks will also be considered
• Sound computer knowledge of MS Word and Excel including English and Chinese typing skill
• Good command of spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred
