What they need
We are seeking a detail-oriented Store Compliance and Field Auditor to evaluate and maintain company operational standards across our store locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits and store audits within Metro Manila (North Area) and nearby provinces.
- Ensure store adherence to company policies, standards, and operating procedures.
- Prepare clear audit reports and recommend actionable corrective steps.
- Monitor ongoing compliance and conduct timely follow-ups on audit findings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior audit or compliance experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and detail-focused skill set.
- Full willingness to perform regular field work and travel as needed.
