Store Operations Coordinator

The Store Operations Coordinator will support the smooth, organized, and disciplined execution of store operations across the organization. The role provides essential coordination and administrative support to the Store Operations function—from coordinating regular operations meetings and ensuring clear follow-through on action items, to maintaining accurate operational communications, documentation, and standards across all stores.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong follow-through and the ability to work effectively with store operations leaders, supervisors, and management.

• Document and Distribute Meeting Minutes
• Monitor Action Items

2.Operations Manual Administration
