Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive Store Operations Executive to support daily store activities and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily store operations and staff activities.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and product availability.
- Ensure store standards and procedures are followed.
- Handle customer and operational issues when required.
- Prepare basic reports and support sales activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail, or related field.
- 1–3 years of retail or operations experience preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Customer-focused, responsible, and detail-oriented.
