Position Title: Store Operations Manager
Location: Goa, Camarines Sur
Work Arrangement: On-site

Job Summary

The Store Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the supermarket to ensure efficient store management, achievement of sales targets, customer satisfaction, proper inventory control, and compliance with company policies and standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all supermarket departments.
• Ensure achievement of store sales targets and operational goals.
• Monitor sales performance, operating expenses, and store profitability.
• Ensure proper inventory management, stock availability, and product display.
• Monitor product quality, expiration dates, and inventory losses.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate store personnel.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated customer concerns.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and orderliness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and operational standards.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in supermarket or retail operations, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of store operations, inventory management, merchandising, and sales monitoring.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
• Willing to work on-site in Goa, Camarines Sur, including shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.
