Position Overview

Amaretti Desserts LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Operations Manager (GM) to lead daily store operations. This role is responsible for supporting team performance, maintaining high service standards, and helping ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations
• Lead, train, and support team members
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Assist with scheduling and staff coordination
• Monitor inventory and store supplies
• Help maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Support sales and operational goals

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, bakery, café, or retail management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage a fast-paced operation
• Organized, dependable, and customer-focused
• Strong problem-solving skills
