Fluffy Fluffy Cafe is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Operations Manager (GM) to oversee daily cafe operations and lead our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store and cafe operations
• Lead, train, and support team members
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Assist with staff scheduling and daily workflow
• Monitor inventory and supplies
• Help maintain cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards
• Support sales and operational goals
• Handle customer concerns professionally

Qualifications

• Previous management or restaurant/cafe leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to manage a fast-paced work environment
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
