About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Master daily store operations, floor management, and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist in inventory auditing, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Engage directly with customers to provide product information and deliver outstanding service.
- Collaborate with store managers to analyze sales targets and operational performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates and early-career professionals with up to 1–2 years of retail/service experience are welcome.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Open to working on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
