Store Planning Executive

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and perform site measurements.
• Design store layouts in accordance with brand standards and mall requirements.
• Prepare working drawings, design presentations, and renderings.
• Coordinate with mall administration, engineering, brand representatives, contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Prepare project schedules and Gantt charts.
• Supervise store fit-out, renovation, and repair works.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support store opening requirements.
• Coordinate with MEPFS consultants and review basic MEPFS requirements for integration into the store design.
• Prepare and review material specifications to ensure compliance with brand standards, mall requirements, and quality standards.
