Store Purchase Associate

Experience: 1-3 Years
Location: Nadupalayam, Pattanam

Job Responsibilities

• Handle purchase of electrical, mechanical, panel components, and consumables.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with vendors.
• Prepare Purchase Orders and follow up for timely material delivery.
• Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials as per requirements.
• Maintain accurate stock, purchase, and inventory records.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and avoid material shortages.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Accounts teams.
• Handle vendor coordination, material returns, and invoice verification.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Purchase & Stores, preferably in control panel/electrical manufacturing.
• Knowledge of electrical components and MS Excel/ERP.
• Good negotiation, communication, follow-up, and inventory management skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: ₹13000 - 16000 per month, based on experience.

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
