STORE RELIEVER

About the role

The Store Reliever provides temporary support to store operations by filling in for absent or unavailable store personnel. The role ensures that daily store activities continue smoothly and that customers receive proper service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and ensure the store is properly maintained.
• Serve and assist customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Handle cashiering and payment transactions when assigned.
• Replenish, arrange, and organize merchandise on shelves and displays.
• Check product availability and assist with inventory activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Assist regular store staff with other operational tasks as needed.
• Report concerns regarding customers, products, cash, or store operations to the immediate supervisor.
• Be willing to work at different store locations or schedules as required.
