Store Sales & Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for a confident, responsible and customer-focused person to manage our home décor store and handle sales activities.

The candidate should have good communication skills, sales knowledge and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day store operations and maintain the showroom.
• Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain products, features, pricing and suitable options to customers.
• Convert enquiries and walk-ins into sales.
• Make daily calls to existing and potential customers.
• Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain customer data and regularly update follow-up status.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat business.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Coordinate with the owner/team regarding customer requirements and orders.
• Maintain proper product display and showroom presentation.
• Achieve monthly sales and follow-up targets.

Experience:

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
