Store Specialist

Job Summary

The Store Specialist is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple Chooks-to-Go retail branches within an assigned area. The role ensures consistent operational excellence, outstanding customer service, compliance with company standards, and achievement of sales targets across all assigned stores. The Store Specialist regularly conducts store rounds, provides on-site coaching and support, monitors branch performance, and works closely with store personnel to drive operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular store rounds and visits to assigned retail branches to monitor operational performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple assigned stores, ensuring consistent execution of operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure products are prepared, displayed, and served according to Chooks-to-Go quality, food safety, and customer service standards.
• Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to achieve or exceed sales targets across assigned branches.
• Review inventory levels, stock movement, and product availability while minimizing wastage and inventory losses.
• Audit cash handling procedures and ensure proper cash accountability in all assigned stores.
• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, sanitation, merchandising, and overall branch presentation.
• Identify operational gaps and provide coaching, guidance, and support to store personnel to improve performance.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and submit operational, sales, inventory, and store visit reports, including recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, and other support departments to ensure smooth branch operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in retail, food service, or multi-site operations is an advantage.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to travel frequently and conduct regular store visits within the assigned territory.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to be assigned to different Chooks-to-Go retail branches as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
