Store Staff & Admin

**Client Overview:**Our client is a Singapore-based lifestyle and retail company managing premium and niche brands. They focus on luxury, lifestyle and resale products; offering high-quality, curated experiences and engaging content to customers who value quality and style.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Welcome and assist customers with inquiries and service guidance.
• Receive buy-in items; support documentation, tagging and processing.
• POS/Cashier operations, sales reconciliation, and payment processing.
• General administrative tasks: scheduling, filing, data entry, and email correspondence.
• Inventory management and stockroom organisation.
• Coordinate and report with Japan HQ.

Qualification & Requirements

Required

• Business-level English proficiency (for daily customer service,
    documentation and internal reporting).

Preferred

• Experience in customer service, retail or administrative roles.
• Interest in luxury or pre-owned goods (training provided for newcomers).

Other Requirements

• Accuracy and attention to detail in cash handling and POS reconciliation.
• Ability to handle customer personal information with confidentiality, in line with PDPA requirements.
