About the role
This is a sales and retail operations role responsible for customer service, sales transactions, inventory management, and store maintenance across one of our retail locations in Kuala Lumpur.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries, understand customer needs and complete sales
- Maintain sales records, conduct inventory counts and reconcile accounts
- Receive incoming merchandise, arrange and display products, restock shelves, process returns and handle after-sales service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas
- Complete additional tasks assigned by management
About you
- Secondary school education or above
- Outgoing and enthusiastic with strong communication skills
- Service-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in toy, new retail, fast-moving consumer goods or related industries is preferred
- Fluent in Malay and English
