Store Staff

About the role

This is a customer-facing retail position in a trading card game (TCG) store. You will support customers with purchases and product information, manage online sales across social media and e-commerce platforms, and help organize TCG events and tournaments.

Key responsibilities

• Help customers with purchases and product information
• Handle customer inquiries and sales on online platforms (social media, Shopee)
• Run the cash register and record sales
• Create social media posters for product sales
• Record and monitor sales, prices, orders, and inventory using Excel/Google Sheets
• Organize TCG events and tournaments
• Assist with social media and community engagement
• Maintain store cleanliness and product organization
• Handle inventory, deliveries, and other tasks

About you

• Senior high school graduate or higher
• Fluent in English and Tagalog
• Basic computer skills
• Experience with Excel/Sheets and other Google Workspace tools
• Friendly, professional, and good service attitude
• Can manage confidential information responsibly
• TCG knowledge is a plus (e.g., MTG, Flesh & Blood, Lorcana, Pokemon)
