Position: Store Staff (Future Manager Candidate)

Job Responsibilities

Basic Tasks

• Display and replenish products on shelves
• Maintain store cleanliness
• Assist and serve customers professionally
• Assemble furniture
• Handle and respond to phone inquiries
• Manage cash registers and ensure accurate transactions
• Receive and process deliveries
• Update and maintain product knowledge
• Participate in store setup, including preparing a store from its initial stage

Other Tasks

• Prepare staff shift schedules
• Assist in staff management and training for future supervisory roles

Special Tasks

• Translate English and Chinese content into Japanese using Business MT tools

Note: The role begins as a Store Associate and includes some physical tasks.

Working Hours

• 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM (9 hours of work with a 1-hour break; rotating shifts)
• Overtime may be required once a month for inventory-taking, compensated in accordance with labor regulations.
• Employees may be assigned to a graveyard shift, depending on store operational needs.

Salary Package

• Basic Salary: ₱18,000- ₱20,000-per month
• 13th-Month Pay
• Performance-Based Bonus
