Store Supervisor 店鋪主管

工作職責 Key Responsibilities

• 業績引領：協助店長帶領團隊達成並超越店鋪銷售目標。

Sales Leadership: Assist the Store Manager in leading the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• 團隊培訓：指導及培訓前線銷售團隊，包括全職及兼職，提升員工的貨品知識、穿搭技巧及服務水平。

Team Coaching & Development: Guide, train, and mentor frontline sales staff (full-time & part-time) on product knowledge, fashion styling skills, and elevated service standards.

• 店務與陳列管理：確保店鋪日常運營順暢，並維護高水準的店鋪陳列標準。

Store Operations & VM Standards: Ensure smooth daily operations and high-standard Visual Merchandising (VM) execution for store.

• VIP 關係維護：深度維護 VIP 客戶關係，提升顧客忠誠度及回櫃率。

VIP Relationship & CRM: Deepen customer relationship management (CRM) and cultivate VIP client loyalty to drive repeat visits and long-term retention.

入職要求 Requirements

• 學歷背景：中五程度或以上。

Education:  Form 5 or above.

• 工作經驗：具備 4 年或以上奢侈品或高端時尚零售經驗，其中包含 2 年或以上管理經驗。

Experience: Minimum 4 years of luxury / high-end fashion retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.

• 語言能力：流利粵語、英語及普通話。

Language Skills: Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

Strong leadership with excellent floor management and problem-solving skills.

具備敏銳的時尚觸覺、優秀的搭配技巧與溝通能力。
