Roles and Responsibility

• Supervise and manage daily store operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate with staff members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appearance and attract customers.
• Analyze sales reports and inventory levels to make informed decisions about stock control and replenishment.
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety in the store environment.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment and training plans for new staff members.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of store management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
