About the Role

Our client is an international retail company looking for an experienced Store Supervisor to oversee day-to-day store operations and lead a retail team. This role will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing team performance, and ensuring a consistently positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the store team, providing daily direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Set team priorities and monitor individual performance against sales targets and KPIs.
• Drive store sales and ensure the team consistently achieves business objectives.
• Motivate and develop team members through regular coaching and on-the-job training.
• Monitor attendance, scheduling, and overall team productivity.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure the team maintains strong customer relationships.
• Support customer engagement and encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and product availability.
• Ensure the store is maintained according to company standards and guidelines.
• Handle customer concerns and operational issues effectively.
• Prepare and monitor sales and operational reports.
• Support the Store Manager in implementing company policies, procedures, and initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of retail experience, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or other customer-focused industries.
• Previous experience directly managing and supervising a retail team is required.
• Experience managing team performance, sales targets, and individual KPIs.
• Previous experience as a Store Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or similar people-management role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Strong commercial and sales-driven mindset.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Thai.
• Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail shift schedules.
