Store Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead baristas and store staff during daily operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling, inventory, and store supplies.
• Ensure proper preparation and presentation of coffee, beverages, and food products.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards within the store.
• Assist in staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and task delegation.
• Train and coach employees on company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback when necessary.
• Ensure that store equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
• Prepare daily operational and sales reports.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and operational targets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a coffee shop, restaurant, or food and beverage industry.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee shop operations and basic inventory management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
