Store Supervisor

• Provide clear direction and appropriate supervision to store personnel.
• Ensure that assigned employees understand their duties and responsibilities.
• Properly communicate and implement Company policies, procedures, and operational instructions.
• Monitor employee compliance and performance.
• Exercise appropriate authority and accountability in managing day-to-day store operations.
• Escalate matters beyond their authority to the Store Manager, Operations, HR, or other appropriate departments.
• Lead by example and maintain professionalism, integrity, accountability, and customer focus at all times.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail operations, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Experience in store operations, sales, inventory management, and customer service.
• Experience supervising and coaching a team is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail sales and customer service practices.
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory systems, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when business requirements necessitate.
• Can start immediately

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php31,000.00 per month
