Store Supervisor

Job Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
• Must have at least 2 years of working experience in food service
• team oriented and good communicator
• Willing to be assigned in Rizal

Job Requirements:

• Efficiently manages the department where you are assigned.
• Influence team members by displaying a positive work attitude and striving for continuous improvement.
• Assist the Manager by acting as substitute head when he/she is not present in the Store, decide on his/her behalf on any urgent or minor decision, and relay to him/her any critical and major decisions as soon as possible.
• Protect our inventory from pilferage, damage, and loss.
• Maintain a friendly courteous relationship with all our customers while adhering to the company policies, and informing the Store Supervisor on disagreement and issues or complaints.
• Assist customers and entertain their inquiries and purchases, offering them products that may be helpful to them and transferring dealership inquiries to the Manager.
• Inform the customers and Sales Agents with regards to where the delivery trucks are and the time the truck may possibly arrive to avoid delays for efficient deliveries.
• Generate relevant and timely reports to compile and submit to the Manager.
• Assist other store personnel like cashier or ERIC Encoder when the need arises.
• Answer the phone courteously and deal with all concerns professionally, being careful dealing with the caller and giving out information.
• In-charge of company assets assigned to you and report any problems with these assets immediately to the Manager.
• Performs other relevant tasks
