Store Supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in food service, restaurant, café, fast food, or retail operations.
• At least 2 year of supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of store operations, food safety, sanitation, and customer service standards.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations is an advantage.
• Experienced in inventory management, stock monitoring, ordering, receiving, and proper storage of food products.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and proper food handling procedures.
• Able to monitor sales, cash handling, daily expenses, and store performance.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train, supervise, and evaluate store employees.
• Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic reporting tools.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically and mentally capable of working in a fast-paced food service environment.
• Highly responsible, organized, proactive, and trustworthy.

Pay: Php23,000.00 per month
