Job Overview

Sudharshan Electomech is hiring skilled and experienced Store Supervisor for industrial electrical projects. Candidates must have hands-on experience working at industrial project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory, receiving, and store replenishment.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage cash handling, billing, and daily sales reports.
• Monitor sales targets and support the team in achieving them.
• Prevent stock loss, damage, and operational discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager and other departments.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

Eligibility / Requirements

• 12th pass or Graduate; retail/management qualification is an advantage.
• Typically 1–3 years of retail/store experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Basic computer/POS and inventory-management knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Candidates should be willing to work weekends/holidays when required.
