About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at Jakarta DutyFree in Kabupaten Tangerang Banten. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervising and managing a team of sales associates, ensuring they are providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets
2. Overseeing the efficient and effective running of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining store appearance
3. Analysing sales data and implementing strategies to improve store performance and profitability
4. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
5. Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, and providing training and development opportunities for the team
6. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the consumer products industry
2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
4. Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales reporting
5. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data to drive business decisions
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
