Store Supervisor

To provide customers with elevated customer experience through sharing the latest fashion trends and tips, sharing product knowledge, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a good customer relationship.

Responsibilities:

• Be a Calvin Klein/Tommy Hilfiger ambassador at all times
• Oversee day-to-day retail store operations with excellence and to ensure daily operations is in compliance with Group policy and procedures.
• Deliver retail sales & profit according to Company target.
• Ensure store visual merchandise is compliance to company's SOP at all times.
• Lead and communicate effectively with a team of retail associates, including coaching and training.
• Ensure the smooth and effective onboarding and training for newly joined retail associates in store.
• Responsible in staff zoning on selling floor.
• Increase associates’ product knowledge and customer service skills by initiate certain activities or training.
• Attend weekly meeting and weekly sales reporting with the management.
• Any other duties as per assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 3 year (s) of experience in Supervisory position in fashion apparel industry or related field is required.
• Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NITEC, any field.
• Able to play the role as team leader.
• Able to perform retail operational hours which includes weekends and public holidays
• Great passion for the retail fashion industry and sales aggressive
• Full-time position available.
