Store Supervisor

About the role

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, material handling, shipping, and dispatch activities. This role ensures inventory accuracy, timely receipt and shipment of materials, compliance with company procedures, and effective coordination with internal departments and external logistics providers.

Receiving & Inventory Control

• Manage FIFO practices and monitor inventory accuracy. [Receiving Supervisor | PDF]
• Control and investigate inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, shortages, and unexpected receipts. [Receiving Supervisor | PDF]
• Coordinate CMA/RMA and MRB activities with relevant departments. [Receiving Supervisor | PDF]

Shipping & Logistics

• Supervise packing, shipping, and dispatching activities to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries. [Shipping Supervisor | PDF]
