About the role

Supervise and manage the daily operations of the store, leading and monitoring the performance of all Store Personnel while ensuring excellent customer service and promptly resolving customer concerns and complaints.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the store
• Lead and monitor the performance of all Store Personnel
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns and complaints
• Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
• Oversee cashiering operations, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation
• Ensure proper receiving, display, replenishment, and releasing of merchandise
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with Head Office
• Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure inventory accuracy
• Prepare and submit required operational reports, including sales, inventory, and incident reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, mall regulations, and safety standards

About you

• Bachelor's degree in any Business course
• At least 2 years of experience as Supervisory Retail Management and Store Operations
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge in retail operations, inventory management, and cash handling
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
