What they need
- Manage and supervise daily store/warehouse operations.
- Able to drive and operate a 2.5-ton lorry for delivery, collection and transportation of company goods by back up basis.
- Responsible for incoming quality control of goods according to quantity, item and condition.
- Arrange and organise stock properly for easy identification and retrieval.
- Update and maintain stock cards for all stock movements.
- Conduct regular stock checking and stock count to ensure physical stock matches stock records.
- Prepare and arrange goods according to customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Check goods before loading and ensure proper handling during transportation.
- Report any damaged, missing or incorrect goods to management.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised and safe at all times.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing and Delivery teams regarding stock availability and movement.
- Prepare and check DO, stock records and other warehouse documents when required.
- Supervise and assign daily tasks to store/warehouse workers.
- Ensure all goods received and released are properly recorded.
- Assist with stock audits, stock reconciliation and yearly stock taking.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of warehouse equipment and company vehicles.
- Follow company SOP, safety procedures and warehouse regulations.
- Perform any other duties related to store/warehouse operations as assigned by management.
