STORE SUPERVISOR

At CAF, great coffee starts with great people. We’re looking for an experienced Store Supervisor who can lead a team, drive operational excellence, and deliver the quality and service our customers expect.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Coffee, Café, or QSR operations
• Strong experience in store and people management
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of daily operations, inventory, quality, and service standards
• Ability to manage performance and maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Currently based in Kuwait
