About the role
Store Supervisor position at Sour Sally (Frozen Yogurt) located at Greenhills Mall, San Juan City. You will manage and oversee daily store operations, supervise and train store team members, and ensure excellent customer service and product quality.

- Ensure excellent customer service and product quality
- Monitor inventory, stocks, sales, and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
About you
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in F&B, QSR, or dessert concepts
- Experience in Frozen Yogurt, Ice Cream, or similar dessert concepts is highly preferred
- Knowledgeable in store operations, inventory, cash handling, food safety, and customer service
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Customer-service oriented and results-driven
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to be assigned at Greenhills Mall, San Juan City
