Store Supervisor

About the role

This role combines customer service, sales, order management, store operations, and staff supervision in a retail sports environment. You will serve walk-in customers, process orders, oversee daily store operations, supervise retail staff, and work towards sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Serve walk-in customers and recommend suitable sports products
• Handle sales and cashier duties
• Answer product enquiries and handle customer complaints and issues
• Receive and process customer orders
• Prepare order forms and quotations where required
• Confirm product, quantity, pricing and customer requirements
• Coordinate orders with relevant staff and teams
• Oversee daily opening and closing procedures
• Ensure products are properly displayed and replenished
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock counting

About you

• Retail or sales experience
• Experience supervising or leading staff
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable talking to customers
• Organised and responsible
• Able to handle customer orders accurately
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to work on the shop floor
• Sports or product knowledge is a bonus
