Store Supervisor
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Manage inventory, stock inward/outward, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate manpower planning and staff activities.
- Handle dispatch, logistics, and warehouse operations.
- Ensure proper stock availability of FMCG, personal care, giftware, fruits, and vegetables.
- Maintain registers and documentation for inventory, dispatch, and damaged goods.
- Monitor system stock and physical stock to avoid discrepancies.
- Coordinate vehicle arrangements and support regional dispatch activities.
Experience: 2 4 Years
Qualification: Graduate
