Store Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily store or warehouse operations efficiently. • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.

• Coordinate inward and outward movement of goods and materials.

• Ensure timely order picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

• Maintain documentation and inventory records.

• Monitor team productivity and allocate tasks.

• Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

• Handle rotational and night shifts.

• Track product availability and reduce discrepancies.

• Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams.

• Maintain cleanliness and discipline.

• Support recruitment and training.

• Resolve operational issues and escalate when required.

• Ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1+ years in Dark Store/FMCG/Inventory/Warehouse/Logistics/E-commerce/Quick Commerce/Supply Chain.
• Inventory handling knowledge.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication and team handling.
• Physically fit; willing to work rotational/night shifts.
