Store Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

Store Operations

• Oversee the daily operations of the store.
• Ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable operations.

Team Management

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise employees.
• Motivate the team and evaluate staff performance.

Customer Service

• Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally.

Sales & Profitability

• Meet sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Implement promotions and upselling strategies.

Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and order supplies.
• Minimize waste and prevent inventory losses.

Cash & Financial Management

• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and daily sales reports.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and prevent cash discrepancies.

Quality & Food Safety

• Ensure all food and beverages meet company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and sanitation regulations.

Equipment & Store Maintenance

• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
• Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.

Reporting

• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, labor, and store performance to management.
