STORE SUPERVISOR

Preferred: Experienced Storekeeper

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Supervisor to join our team in the UAE. Candidates with solid experience as a Storekeeper and knowledge of warehouse/store operations are highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store and warehouse operations
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials
• Issue materials to the factory, site, and other departments
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Monitor material movement and prepare stock reports
• Conduct regular stock counting and inventory checks
• Organize and maintain proper storage of materials
• Coordinate with Procurement and other departments regarding material requirements
• Ensure proper documentation of receiving and issuing materials
• Monitor damaged, missing, or excess materials and report accordingly
• Supervise store staff and assign daily tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store
• Perform other duties assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Storekeeper is highly preferred
• Experience in a Store Supervisor / Warehouse Supervisor position is an advantage
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to prepare basic inventory and stock reports
• Computer skills, particularly MS Excel, are an advantage
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
• UAE experience is preferred
