What they need
- Supervise and maintain accurate record of incoming materials (including grocery items)
- Monitor stock level, conduct cycle count and ensure stock replenishment to avoid shortage or overstocking
- Verify and maintain store related records including GRN, DO, Invoice, Picking and stock movement records where necessary.
- Ensure store operations comply with food safety, hygiene and OSH requirements
- Liaise with Production, Quality and Procurement to ensure materials area available and meet quality standards
- Access the B2B site for stock ordering, summary preparation, stock preparation, sticker and label printing and stock picking and loading.
- Complete report preparation, filing document and support any administrative task where necessary.
- To support compliance with the company policy in accordance to FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, Halal and other applicable food safety and operational requirements, procedures, and other work safety requirement.
- To perform any other duties, responsibilities or assignments as may be assigned by Management from time to time in accordance with operational and business requirements.
