About the role
Store Supervisor for a children's clothing store located at Trans Mall Makassar.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure sales targets are achieved
- Prioritise customer satisfaction
- Execute procedures and administration in accordance with established SOPs to support operations
- Conduct control and checks on store inventory
- Perform stock opname at the store according to scheduled times with full responsibility
- Ensure quality standards and customer service are met, handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports to head office
- Provide training to staff on customer service standards
About you
- Experience in Retail Fashion industry as Supervisor / Team Leader / Coordinator for minimum 1 year
- Leadership skills, interpersonal and communication skills
- Honest, neat, and detail-oriented
- Willing to work shifting schedule and be placed at the store, 6 days/week, minimum 8 hours work (excl. break time)
