Store Supervisor

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, food quality, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company policies and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, train, and monitor store staff, including attendance, performance, and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure proper food preparation, handling, storage, sanitation, and food safety practices.
• Monitor product quality, freshness, portioning, and proper FIFO/FEFO implementation.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, wastage, and product discrepancies.
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and store performance against targets.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and overall operational standards.
• Prepare required store reports and coordinate with other departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service, restaurant, retail, or store operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, inventory management, and basic cost control.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
