STORE SUPERVISOR

1. STORE OPERATION SUPERVISION

·       Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and organized workflow

·       Ensure all store activities comply with company SOP and policies

·       Resolve daily operational issues quickly and effectively

1. STOCK AND INVENTORY CONTROL

·       Ensure accuracy of stock in and out records

·       Implement FIFO system according to product types

·       Conduct stock count, cycle count, and periodic stock audits

1. WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISION

·       Supervise and assign tasks to warehouse staff

·       Monitor attendance, discipline, and employee performance

·       Provide training related to work procedures and safety

1. DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING

·       Manage stock records manually or via system (WMS)

·       Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management

·       Support internal and external audit processes

1. SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE

·       Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health (OSH) requirements

·       Control the use of forklift, pallet jack, and warehouse equipment

·       Report accidents, incidents, or potential hazards

1. INTER-DEPARTMENT COORDINATION

·       Liaise with purchasing, logistics, production, and QA/QC departments

·       Ensure workflow and operational requirements are met on time

1. DAMAGE/RETURN GOODS MANAGEMENT

·       Handle segregation of damaged, rejected, and returned goods

·       Prepare reports and recommend corrective actions

1. PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

·       Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes

·       Reduce stock loss, errors, and wastage

·       Improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
