ROLE PURPOSE:

Our Store Supervisor supports the Store Manager in implementing store operations, sales programs, and people initiatives that put a smile on customers’ faces. You help ensure strong customer service, smooth daily execution, and compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.

THIS ROLE FOCUSES ON:

• **Cashiering & Vault Management:**Oversees cashiering operations and vault management; reviews treasury mandatory reports, ensuring secure, compliant, and safe cash handling practices in line with operational and control standards.
• **Merchandising & Promo Execution:**Checks merchandise and promo display, ensuring safe, organized, and hazard-free store presentation aligned with operational and safety standards.
• Sales Support & O+O Execution: Supports achievement of O+O sales targets; monitors accuracy and timeliness of orders and back-end order posting, ensuring secure and compliant execution of processes.
• **Government Liaison & Compliance:**Acts as liaison officer for government agencies and offices; handles permit and license renewals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, DOLE, and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards, including proper documentation, incident reporting, and escalation.
• **Staff Support & Scheduling:**Assists in staff deployment and scheduling, supporting safe work practices, adherence to store safety protocols, and readiness for emergency response procedures.
• Safety & Incident Awareness: Supports store-level incident and emergency response, ensuring customer and staff safety and participating in safety checks, audits, and emergency drills as required.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in retail operations or supervisory role
• Proven ability to support store operations, sales performance, and team coordination
• Familiarity with cashiering, inventory handling, and promo execution
• Experience in permit and license renewals or government liaison work
• Comfortable using store systems and tools for order monitoring and reporting
